What you need:

• Color paper
• Scissors
• Glue
• Markers or pencils. 

Let's start:

1. Cut all the necessary details out of color paper as shown in the photo.
2. Glue brown paws to the yellow oval and to the circle glue white eyes.
3. Glue all the triangles behind the head. On a wavy line glue a brown circle.
4. Stick all the details together. 
5. Paint it.

Done!
